i think this a great way to introduce the calming, healing effects of yoga/meditation for kids. that can be used throughout their life, it would have helped me deal with frustrations i had as a young adult.

wonder if these dvd’s are for sale in Europe
This dvd is great. I have been teaching kid yoga for over a year and a half, and I have used many of these ideas in my classes. There needs to be more tools for teachers of kid yoga, so I am happy to see this available here.
