Miradxb yoga is just like any relaxation response. Its not some out of this world stuff that you are making it out to be. Breathing is what we do to stay alive. And it appears that most yoga disciples need psychological help. And btw Neuro Science explains a lot more than yoga. But like some one said earlier leave these kids alone.
