It’s great to see parents making sure their kids get in activity since there are so many toys that can keep them locked up inside the house instead of out playing.. Yoga is a great way to build flexibility and strength!
Any time you can get kids/adults to stretch you are doing them a favor that will help them as they age.
alot of kids called me fat before
but now i lost a bunch of pounds
