yoga aids

Are there foods, herbs, liquids, vitamins injections, exercises I can do to help me lose the weight? My friend lost 20 inches around his waste in 3 months from practicing yoga
I appreciate everybody’s responses but please tell me something that I haven’t thought of by myself… something that I didn’t know before.

  1. congrats. cardio workouts will help burn more fat and build muscle.like aerobics, jogging, i myself love tae bo. it is a great workout and weight just fell off of me. dont rely on herbs and liquids. just eat a sensible diet, drink plenty of water and continue your exercizing. you are doing great.

  2. u know what it izzz!

work it out or liposuctions or liposene.

  3. Maybe yoga will be great, also try to have a healthy and balanced diet.

  4. Exercise and good food choices.

Do exercises that works for the whole body so it does just burn fat in one area.
Whatever it is DO NOT DIET.
When you do not eat, your muscles are the ones being burned away. It leaves you with flabby skin unlike when you exercise where you get toned.
Eat 3 well-balanced meals a day so you don’t feel the need to snack.
Cut down on your carb-intake and get you proteins from beans, chicken and fish instead of meat which contains higher amounts of saturated fats.
Drink fresh fruit juices or cordial. Do not drink carbonated drinks.
    Say goodbye to junk food.
If in need to snack, eat fruits

    water and exercise….

  6. most importantly, a healthy diet & exercise are keys

dont take any shortcuts (herbs, meds, vit injections….), the long term effects and side effects are not always worth it. many of these cause liver/kidney damage

yoga is very good, but swimmimg is really great! It doesnt feel like exercise at all but you expend a lot of energy and it’s fun!

talk to a nutritionist who will plan an individualized healthy diet according to your specific needs, alot of insurance companies will even cover this cost

good luck & congrats on your decision!

  7. Invest in yourself. Get a consultation with a qualified nutritionist (and RD or a dietetic nurse). They will give you a food plan that is healthy and that can stick to long term.

Join a health club and pay the extra $$$ for a few sessions with a personal trainer. They will help you get started on an excercise plan. If you’re really deconditioned, it can be easy to injure yourself. You’ll want a pro to help you.

These things may cost you a little in the short term, but in the long term, you’ll live a longer, better quality life.

    GOOD LUCK!

  8. Will power. If you have the will you will definately succeed one day. Try to minimize your carbo intake and watch out for unnecessarry nibbling during non-meal period.
Work out an easy exercise to be more progressively difficult. If you have to will, you will follow through whereas if you’re weak, it will still return back to normal.
Adjust your daily food intake and work out a suitable exercise and you will lose weight in no time. Remember WILL POWER

    Here’s what works for me . . .

Atkins diet – lots of meat, cheese, eggs, especially fatty fish (salmon), and tons of very low carb veggies.

Regular aerobic exercise. Walking fast, get heart rate up for 30 min/day.

    Lots of water.

Vitamins, minerals and protein shakes with no sugar, made with water, ice only.

Good luck, being fat is a bitch. :o )

  10. Something new?

I dont recommend this but read about gastric bypass (bariatric surgery).

    Also stomach or lap bands:

My mother’s friend had a gastric ring surgery done in the US several years ago, she has lost over 55 lbs since. She does look great.

Become a Vegetarian and eat whole grain products and portion control. Use B12 complex injections and talk to your doctor about getting a prescription.

  12. Paprika à la ouane againe

vegetables, fruit, seafood, fresh fish, soy milk, and take long walks.
