U should have a healthy balanced diet have more fibre and protein in your diet they keep you full and energized and you should have small meal every 3 hours and don’t eat before 3 hrs of going to bed. check this site for article on how to increase metabolism, soup the hunger satiated, fat burning foods, lazy way to lose weight, high protein diet and fibre and more fibre this should get you started  and very easy to follow with great results</description>

Team Sports or Wii Fit are the best two options for that. If you can afford it a personal trainer will help motivate you and also provide expert advice.
The most important thing you can do though is to not be sedantary. That is, stand up and walk as much as possible. When you sit down for more than 15 minutes your body&#039;s metabolism slows by half.
And of course plenty of water and fresh fruit (and Fibre).
Also if you take 3 x 1000mg of Fish Oil daily your exercise will be more efficient</description>
