What Ar The Chances Of The Republican Party Backing Palin For A Presidential Run In 2012?
It seems like they thew her under the bus after the election, but it seems that she made many fans since she was named the v.p. candidate for McCain. Do you think the GOP would back her as a presidential candidate in 2012?

While she may be popular with many the Republicans would not be stupid enough to nominate her for the presidency – not unless they want to lose again. I think a boatload of Republicans would be jumping ship and joining the Democrats. My stepfather, a dyed in the wool Republican, didn’t even vote for a president this year even though he voted, because she would have been VP. I think McCain lost more votes because of her than he gained.
I think the GOP will want someone conservative independents like and I’m not sure if they like Palin or not.
As for me, I have an open mind but I heard some things about her I’d have to look into before I could vote for her. I didn’t look into her before because I despised McCain and couldn’t vote for him.
Mind you, if Ron Paul is running, and unless some Constitutionalist with a similar actual record of performance comes out of the woodwork who is younger, I will vote for Ron Paul. He’ll be pretty old, but I’d rather have an old Constitutionalist with principles than a young schmooze artist.
Odds-on favorite to get the nomination, since the base absolutely ADORES her. I haven’t seen them this gaga since Bonzo. But she will be a sacrificial lamb to an Obama landslide re-election since ONLY the base likes her. Everyone else thinks she’s a shallow kook.
LOLOL Ok I personally wanted Mccain but for republicans or anyone to back Palin, BHO would have to turn this country into a 3rd world country (which I highly doubt) before THAT happened she unfortunately made herself out to be a joke and caused Mccain the election.
It depends on how well they groom her and how well she learns. I think she’s smart, will learn, and be a strong candidate in either ‘12 or ‘16. But that all depends on her and the party.
Palin 2016 because Obama will be re-elceted 2012. So the GOP will put up a non-electable candidate in 2012.
the chances are about as likely as Obama breakdancing in the white house lobby, while bush beat boxes….
100% the Repubs are loyal and will back her.
they love them some Sarah Palin. I wouldnt be surprised if she ran with Joe the Plumber for VP
none because they no that is why they lost. but i hope they except her because i am a democrat!
none
I don’t know but I hope they back her…that would be HILARIOUS!
