well sex can be one ? besides that i can only think of one true answer for the best feeling in the world which would be love, & it is also the hardest emotion to deal with
But sex def is one . Can make so many people joyful , happy & at the same time it can be painful

Love off course, there is but little things in our life that can affect an individual on such a powerful proportion like love. Amongst other things we should mention money as well. With money we can buy ourselves temporary happiness, but after the initial enchantment with material values is gone, disappointment follows.
