		<description>I listened to last week&#039;s show on Meditation and the 10 things you should be learning from meditative practices - I have to say that I&#039;m embarrassed to admit that although I&#039;ve been meditating for some time, I don&#039;t have 10% of the skills he talked about. That was an amazing show.  The guy&#039;s funny, too.</description>
