It depends on the size and structure of the company that you work for.
Harassment is a form of bullying and this should be dealt with by the company.
If your company is large enough to have an HR department you should see your HR manager and ask for the bullying to be investigated. If you work in a small company it will be much more difficult. It depends on who is bullying you, and on how enlightened your manager is and how good their people management skills are. It may be that the only way to deal with it is to get another job.
If you don't have a counselling service at work, I suggest you look for a stress management or assertiveness course in your local area. You can learn techniques with will help you to deal personally with the bullying. Just remember that nobody deserves to be bullied and you don't make yourself a victim. Bullying is a real problem that needs to be dealt with.
Good luck

As for anything negative being thrown at you... you should try and take all negative things as positive things. It's like you're gaining experience... and a tolerance for it.

Although it's still a problem, I don't know what you can do about the people exactly. Could you explain how they're harassing you?
