There are a lot of things – boredom from doing very reptitive work, such as working in call centres leads to ahigh level of turnover. Bullying by managers; long hours (such as Junior Doctors); lack of control causes frustration employees can be made to feel worthless – low self-esteem causing stress through frustration. Other things are tight deadlines and long, boring pointless meetings, or unnecessary paperwork which gets in the way of work you might actually enjoy.
