Nostradamus 2012 Or Obama And The Democrats Which Is More Ridiculous?
I just finished watching the History Channel and the new show Nostradamus 2012 and it was the most contrived idiotic thing I have ever watched on television. An absolutely repetitive two hour production that talked about the Mayan calendar, stars and other far fetched notions. Then it occurred to me that Obama and the Democratically controlled Congress are probably just as unreal and out of touch as this show is. Would like your input especially if you have seen the show.

I have not seen the show but I know of what you speak. The truth is, the Mayans never predicted the end of the world. The reality is that they came up with a pretty convoluted calendar that required a lot of calculation. They only calculated out to what we consider to be 2012. That they were suggesting that the world would end is pure conjecture.
Nostradamus was a complete fraud. If you really check out what is predictions were, well, there really weren’t any. He just made vague generalizations about ambiguous times and events. The fact is, if you make enough predictions sooner or later you are bound to be kind of right about something, sort of.
So, what has really been occurring is that people go back after an event has already occurred and then find something he wrote that kind of fits it. Of what possible value could predictions that are not specific enough to take action on, be?

Yes it is ridiculous, but the main thing is to get on the side of God and Jesus, never let your faith falter…
Keep strong in your faith, and just know that all is just work of satan, to distract you from the truth.
Jesus will prevail..don’t worry…and none of the ‘powers’ that be, will have a chance when our Prince of Peace shows up to wreak havoc on non believers
The only FACTS on the show you speak of (i saw it too) is that the sun earth and moon will be in alignment with a recently discovered black hole that exists in the galaxy.This may cause some magnetic or tidal forces we have never seen but I doubt it will end the world.
I would nominate my gerbil before I nominate Obama. He’s not taking anyone’s money and he’s not getting endorsed by Al Qaeda.
