Might a home-grown workplace psychopath take over and generate additional workplace psychopaths?
(I am thinking :
Stress can create the workplace psychopath.
The workplace psychopath can create stress.
Ergo unless an organization has built-in safeguards, a home-grown workplace psychopath will develop out of thin air and take over and generate additional workplace psychopaths.)
