How to deal with stress?
I have recently been experiencing a lot of pain in my eyes. This happens at workplace and I believe this is stress related. My face twitches and I am really worried about it. I am afraid of talking to people since I am worried they may notice this. I never had this problem before and this all started about 6 months ago. I go through this everyday and It has effected my public speaking and confidence. I believe I have gotten anxiety disorder. Can anyone suggest what kind of doctor I need to see? Do you have any solution to deal with this problem? I appreciate your feedback.

Seeing your regualr doctor would be a good place to start. They can prescribe pills that will help you deal with anxiety, or perhaps they might suggest you go see a councler to talk about what’s going on in your life, and ways to make improvements/changes.
I get my help from a little pill called prozac!
I would start with my family doctor and they can assess the problem and if they cant help will send you in the right direction. I have lots of pain behind my eyes and i think its from stress too. I take Sarafemm for PMDD, and i still have them but not as bad. Try to pin point your stress, and get rid of…taking meds will help if you can find the right one.
to relieve stress, try to think about positive things, remember beautiful events you experienced.
you can try auto-hypnosis, too, it can be very effective
relaxing music, can help
use anti-stress plants and herbs, it’s a natural way to cure stress
good luck
