How Much Weight Can Be Put In The 2012 Doomsday Scenario?

I have heard much about the winter solstice doomsday of 2012, and have now seen the documentary. I feel as though the documentary was skewed to make us believe it will happen, and did not hear many opinions to the contrary. I would like a scientific viewpoint.

    A Rumination of 21 December 2012
We hear each day “two oh one two”
The kids all ask if it is true.
“Nibiru, the planet we must fear,
Or planet X shall soon be here.
The Mayan count runs to an end.
I was told this by a friend.”
Nibiru the hoax world of Sitchin
Fit only for the garbage bin.
Devoid of fact, reason or wit,
Science laughs at all the talk of it.
Of planet X the Lieder cries,
And yet she won’t look at the skies,
To come in four short years it’s true,
The damn thing must be now in view!
“Where is it?” Science asks with glee,
“You said, ‘Beware two thousand three!’
With Earth it didn’t make a tryst,
We’re very sure it don’t exist!”
Galactic lines are the next fright,
And yet the angles are not right.
“Six degrees off!” the scientists say,
“It happens near each solstice day.”
“Planets align!” or so some say
“It will be on that very day.”
Yet naught of fact now can they quote,
I’d like to take them by the throat
And try to squeeze some truth right in,
But murder now they say’s a sin.
Failed prophets, fools, those full of fraud,
Are people with whom we all are bored.
There is no scientific evidence. Commonsense also dismisses it. The end of the world (as we know it) has been predicted for hundreds of dates, 666, 1000, 1666, 1914 and 2003 are just a few of the ones I recall. It is all superstion (Jose Aguelles), delusion (Nancy Sitchin) fraud (Zecharia Sitchin) and practical jokes (YouTube).

    How much weight?
Try all the millions of tons of blocks of limestone which make up the Giza Plateau Pyramids forming the Orion Belt with aligns perfectly to the Winter Solstice of 2012. All that trouble, and this is only one spot on earth, to go to to get a message across.(?) It would have been an unbelieveable waste of time if it was all wrong.
It will be time of Great Change and the Return of Zep Tepi (Zep Tepi part 2).

Im not a scientist, but it doesn’t take one to say that nothing will happen. people have been predicting apocalypses for years and our existence is proof that they were all false. the 2012 one is based on a calander that an ancient population made, and if i remember correctly, it doesnt even say anything about the end of the world, it says something along the lines of “there will be a great change in the world.”
just because they stopped adding to the calander on that day doesnt meen that the world will end.
