The answer is a positive “Yes”. But again it requires a lot of discipline to continue to do yoga and meditation. I have seen a lot of people start these things in full earnest to see them drop off after a couple of week and then complain that yoga and meditation do not help. So if you want to see results start yoga and meditation and persevere with it for a couple of months and you will see that you are able to control your mind much better than before. Once you are satisfied then it becomes your second nature to follow yoga. Hope this helps.
