		<description>If you really feel like this, you need to take it to the top.  You should have a General at your military installation.  Just put a bug in his ear.  Don&#039;t be afraid to use the Post Commander&#039;s open door policy.  I am sure things will change VERY quickly.  Believe it or not, I am about to use my Post Commander&#039;s open door policy very soon.  I am in the military.  But this is something that needs to be taken to the highest I can go.  Good luck.  And remember, this is YOUR career.  Don&#039;t let anyone take that away from you.</description>

		<description>Have you documented the harassment and all the things they&#039;ve done to you.  You should have.  I agree, you&#039;re going nowhere fast.  Even if you quit they&#039;ll probably give you bad references.  I&#039;d turn over the documentation to the people they work for(military) or the EEOC.  They may not
get it in the rear but it&#039;ll sure make&#039;em squirm while the investigation is going on.</description>

		<description>I will start by saying I am not a sexist, but your biggest problem is a female boss. A woman was not created to handle the stress and responsibility of being in charge of 300+ people and there are very few women that are good at it. My advice to you is to do the best job that you are able, follow the rules, be punctual, take responsibility for your actions, and if they fire you then you have a case of &quot;wrongful termination&quot; Also, have a plan &quot;B&quot; ready, i.e. another job idea. Also, make sure that you have a copy of ANY document, form, or any other written notice that you are served.</description>
