Does anyone know where I can buy Namaste Yoga on DVD?
My boyfriends older sister has 3 kids and is tiny! I have a pretty small frame as well and she says she loves this because it helps her tone up and it is fun. She records and watches it on Fit TV except I don’t have that channel or a DVR! So does anyone know where I could find a DVD of Namaste Yoga?!
